Research interests
Ali has a background in structural design, and his research is focused on Service Life Prediction of structures. With his research team, Ali works on appropriate engineering practices in remote communities that integrate Indigenous worldviews into participatory construction frameworks. He also works on how to use recycled materials in pavements. Here are some of the projects Ali is working on and will consider research students in:
