I am a multilingual doctor turned lawyer with clinical and non-clinical experiences from the public and private sectors in Australia & overseas. On 15 February 2019, I got admitted to the Supreme Court of the Australian Capital Territory and on 21 September 2020, to the High Court of Australia.
I am a member of the:
Law Society of South Australia;
Association of Personal Injury Lawyers United Kingdom; and
Australasian College of Health Service Management.
I have completed my medical qualifications in Crimea, Ukraine (now in Russia) and management and legal qualifications in Australia. I received scholarship under the New Colombo Plan and studied one unit in Universitas Indonesia during my law studies with the Charles Darwin University. I have worked as a medical practitioner in India. My professional experiences in Australia include service in the RAAF Reserves, Aged Care Sector, Ambulance Clinical and Management areas before starting employment with a plaintiff personal injury law firm in Canberra in 2018. I have keen interest in the areas involving health’s interaction with the law.
