Research interests

Aihong Yu-Vatskalis is the Chinese language lecturer and coordinator in the College of Indigenous Futures, Arts & Society, specialising in the field of Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language. She holds the degree in Master of Education. Aihong was an Associate Professor at the College of Foreign Languages, Fujian Normal University, Fuzhou, China, where she has more than twenty publications before she came to the Charles Darwin University, Darwin, NT, Australia. In 2012 she was seconded by Hanban (Confucius Institute Headquarters China) to CDU as the Chinese lecturer and she is now continuing with CDU.
