Research interests

Angela is a Registered Nurse and Senior Research Officer in the CDU Menzies School of Medicine, a role supported by a Bachelor of Health Science in Nursing and Masters of Public Health.  With a diverse range of health experience which compliments her academic interests in public health, chronic disease and Indigenous health care, Angela has also focussed largely on the development of innovative on-line blended learning for students.

Past projects have included curriculum development, research into primary health care and study preparation for undergraduate nurses, and creation of a number of open access online health education resources. Today Angela is involved in a number of projects centred on the Northern Territory Emergency Response to COVID-19.
