Dr. Ania Lian teaches undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the College of Education, Charles Darwin University, Australia. Her areas of expertise include language teaching pedagogy, literacy education, and educational neuroscience. Ania’s responsibilities range from coordinating Master of Education course, through to the development of the Higher Degree Research supervision culture, building Higher Degree Research students’ capacity, as well as developing international links with South-East Asian countries, especially Cambodia and Indonesia. Ania is a Senior Education Adviser to the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport of Cambodia.

Areas of specialisation: Quality Assurance in higher Education curricula; research methods and mythology; Technology- Enhanced Language-Learning; Second-Language Teaching/ Learning; English language teaching and literacy; critical pedagogy.
