Associate Professor Anita Star is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Head of Discipline for Nutrition and Dietetics at Charles Dariwn University. Anita has over 20 years experience in a range of practice areas including clinical dietetics, research and academia. 

Anita's clinical nutrition expertise and research interests relate to 4 at times interconnected areas.
