Charles Baah is currently enrolled as a PhD candidate in the Asia Pacific College of Business and Law, Charles Darwin University (CDU), Australia. Charles received his BSc degree in Management Studies and Master's degree in Logistics Engineering and Management from the University of Cape Coast and Dalian Maritime University in 2015 and 2020, respectively. His research interests include sustainable resource conservation, green performance management, circular economy practices and performance, green manufacturing, green logistics, sustainable leadership, green entrepreneurship, and innovation. Charles has engaged in several research initiatives and has published in Q1 and A journals such as the Journal of Cleaner Production, Sustainable Production and Consumption, Internat ional Journal of Physical Distribution and Logistics Management, Journal of Business and Industrial Marketing, and Journal of Manufacturing Technology Management, among others.
