Personal profile
Research interests
Francesco obtained his PhD in Environmental Biogeochemistry from the University of Toulouse, France in 2021. Before joining RIEL, he was an associate lecturer at the University of Montpellier in France. His research interests revolve around understanding the impacts of climate change and anthropogenic activities on river water quality, carbon and sulphur cycling. His areas of expertise are in hydro(geo)logy, hydro(geo)chemistry, geophysics and statistics applied to the study of surface and groundwater systems.
