Research interests

Dr Gavin Morris has two decades of teaching experience in schools around Australia and currently lecturers in undergraduate and postgraduate programs in the College of Education at Charles Darwin University. Gavin's teaching and research interests relate to Indigenous research, Health & Physical Education and Sport Science. He is a qualitative researcher, who is well-grounded in a variety of qualitative instruments, particularly Indigenous research methodologies. Gavin holds a Bachelor of Education from James Cook University (Townsville, Queensland), a Master of Education from the University of Sydney (Sydney, New South Wales) and a PhD from Charles Darwin University (Darwin, Northern Territory).
