Hoang Huong Le is a PhD Candidate in the College of Education at Charles Darwin University. Huong worked as a teacher educator and lecturer at Hong Duc University in Vietnam for 10 years before starting her PhD. As a PhD Candidate, she also works as a casual lecturer and marker in the College of Education, Charles Darwin University. Her current research interests include issues of equity in education and teacher education.
