Research interests
Juanita Illingworth is a PhD candidate, under the supervision of Dr Emmanuel Tenakwah Snr and Dr Michael Erdiaw-Kwasie, Faculty of Arts
and Society at Charles Darwin University, Australia and Dr Jaqueline Hiddlestone-Mumford as external supervisor.
Juanita’s research project examines the role of a promise on the impact to the Psychological Contract (PC) from an employee perspective
during the Performance Appraisal (PA) through the lens of Social Capital Theory (SCT). Passionate about organisational performance
through management communication and mismanaged expectations has been an area of interest
Juanita is an international leadership consultant, experienced 'Senior Professor in Practice' academic, and since 2008 a licenced
psychometric practitioner with the focus of 'Psychometrics for Organisational and Team Performance'.
Juanita has achieved executive level within multiple business sectors which underpinned professional ‘Fellowship’ accreditations
both in the UK and Australia within HR and Organisational Training professional bodies.
