Mohammad Rajib Hasan is a Ph.D. candidate in Economics and a CDIPS scholar at the Asia Pacific College of Business and Law (APCBL). Rajib completed his B.S. (in 2003) and M.S. (in 2005) in Agricultural Economics from Bangladesh Agricultural University, Bangladesh. He completed his second M.S. degree in Economics and Marketing (in 2015) from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, USA. Rajib has extensive teaching experience in Economics, both at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, in Bangladesh (Full-time Academic), the USA (Teaching Assistant), and Australia (Casual Lecturer). Along with his teaching, Rajib has experience in publishing articles, supervising students, attracting grants, and holding various university administrative positions. Currently, Rajib is working on a project, “Impact of COVID-19 pandemic on the subjective wellbeing of people in an emerging economy, Bangladesh”. Along with his Ph.D. research, he is experienced in time series forecasting and passionate about the non-market valuation of environmental goods and services.
