Research interests

Nikki Curtin is a PhD candidate in the College of Indigenous Futures, Arts and Society. Her research explores how tourism can align with its higher potentials and support the processes and goals of reconciliation in Australia. Prior to undertaking her PhD, she completed a Bachelor of Psychological Science with Honours and has a background working in the non-for-profit sector as a drug and alcohol counsellor/educator in residential rehabilitation, justice, and community settings.
