Research interests

My activities are related to the structural and functional assessment of woody vegetation. The focus is on the non-destructive volumetric assessment of woody perennials with LiDAR technology (expertise on terretrial LiDAR), which offer the opportunity for deriving estimates of biomass and carbon stocks, amoung other ecosystem services.
