Research interests
Roopali Misra is a Lecturer at CDU’s Asia Pacific College of Business and Law, specialising in Management, Marketing and Work Integrated Learning. Her research interests include sustainability, student retention and Importance Performance Analysis.
Roopali completed her Masters degree by Research in Social Sciences from the National University of Singapore and is now enrolled in the PhD program at CDU. With over 10 years of experience as an academic at CDU, Roopali has delivered many undergraduate and postgraduate units in management, marketing, and research streams. She is also the coordinator of the Professional Practice Program in Asia Pacific College of Business and Law. Prior to CDU, Roopali worked in the area of market research and across a diverse range of industry sectors including advertising, financial institutions, automotive, FMCG, government, not-for-profit, retail, and telecommunications.
Work Integrated Learning Program (WIL): Since 2011, Roopali has been the coordinator for the Professional Practice Program (WIL) at Asia Pacific College of Business and Law and has been networking and collaborating with industry stake holders in Northern Territory. With over 150 companies in the placement provider pool and over 1000 students placed, Roopali has been successfully leading this program for over a decade.
