Dr Ruth Brunsdon is a Senior Lecturer in Psychology and a Senior Clinical Neuropsychologist. She has over 20 years clinical experience in neuropsychological assessment and rehabilitation which has ignited a passion for consumer informed clinical practice and research.  

Ruth provides clinical and research supervision to psychology master’s students. She is currently supervising several postgraduate research students. Ruth’s current research interests include: long term cognitive and psychological outcomes following childhood autoimmune encephalitis, assessment and treatment of cognitive fatigue and anxiety following acquired brain injury, evaluating bespoke targeted treatment interventions for children with acquired or developmental disability and neuropsychological assessment with First Nations Peoples.

Ruth is a registered psychologist with specialist area of practice endorsement in Clinical Neuropsychology. She is a board-approved clinical supervisor and principal supervisor (Clinical Neuropsychology).
