Research interests

Tien Tran Thi Thuy obtained her BSc degree in Chemical Engineering from PetroVietnam University, Vietnam in 2016. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D student in materials science at College of Engineering, IT and Environment, Charles Darwin University. Her research areas focus on microbiologically influenced corrosion of metallic materials, especially oil and gas industry materials, corrosion inhibitors for using in oil and gas transportation and microbial fuel cells for generating energy. Publications include the environmental factors and chemical composition of materials that have influence on microbial corrosion of materials.
