Vice Chancellor's Award for Research Excellence 2018 (Research Team - Demography and Growth Planning team at CDU)

In 2007 the Vice-Chancellor introduced annual awards for staff to recognise exceptional performance, which exceeds the normal requirements of the nominee’s substantive position, in advancing the University’s strategic goals and pursuing relevant operational priorities.

The awards are presented to academic, research and general staff.

There are three categories of awards:

Vice-Chancellor’s Awards for Exceptional Performance by General Staff
Vice-Chancellor’s Awards for Exceptional Performance in Research
Vice-Chancellor’s Awards for Outstanding Contribution to Student Learning

The awardees receive a monetary prize to be used for professional development purposes. Individual recipients receive a prize valued at $5,000 and teams $10,000.
