    Project Details

    Description

This project will undertake a case study of the endangered Mary River turtle (E.macrurus) and the critically endangered white throated snapping turtle (Elseya albagula). These species were chosen because there is good evidence that they are in severe decline due to a lack of recruitment and high mortality of the juvenile stage in proximity to water storage areas.
