APR Intern agreement (INT-0990): Improving the material properties of SPEE3D’s 3D printed metal

    Project: Research

    Project Details

    Description

Student Tien Tran Thi Thuy will participate in the AMSI program arranged by CDU to gain practical experience.
The intern will help to improve upon the material properties of current and future metals. Improvements will allow the technology to access a larger number of industrial applications. Improvements such as increased strength and ductility are desirable as outcomes for this project. Specifically, the intern will look at working with the corrosion performance of SPEE3D’s new aluminium bronze material. Categorising and maybe even improving upon the current properties.
