Relates to the head agreement made between JCU & Director of National Parks on 24/05/2024.
The Sub‐contractor will contribute towards marine benthic habitat and fish surveys within the West Cape York Marine Park and adjacent waters, together with Angkamuthi Traditional Owners (through the Seven Rivers Aboriginal Corporation RNTBC) and James Cook University. The Sub‐contractor will record traditional knowledge during surveys and during community consults and assist with final reporting to include a framework for the development of both-ways knowledge monitoring and recommendations for the Marine Park’s co‐management.
