    Description

    This project will establish the key elements of knowledge transfer and recognition phase that utilises and adapts recognition and audit systems to align new or locally relevant skillsets with new Traineeships and the National Training System. The accreditation analysis will be utilised to develop the JobsReady program for Indigenous people to work on country through establishing a set of micro-credentials, e-portfolio system and appropriate training recognition and approaches that aligns with CNRM work. Collaborative design of dual-academy micro-credential packages enable responsive place-based training and qualification, recognising the authority of local Elder leadership, and supporting emerging regional workforces.
