Project Details

Description

Despite Australia’s relative success in managing the COVID19 pandemic, its impact on the travel and tourism sector has been devastating (Australian Bureau of Statistics, 2021). One of the unique features of Australia’s strategy to combat the pandemic has been the role of state and territory governments in devising their COVID19 suppression strategies and locally directed fiscal stimulus packages, incorporating incentives to boost domestic tourism.
