Description
This project will be delivered to disability support workers in Darwin (Major city), NT. 95% of these disability support workers are from non-English speaking backgrounds (Nepalese, Indian, Korean, African).
The project will focus on developing oral communication skills to support quality interactions with clients and writing skills to be able to confidently write case notes/shift reports and incident reports which meet the needs of the organisation and industry.
