Oscar’s current research is about co-developing ecosystem service-based economies in accordance to Indigenous peoples’ preferences in northern Australia, with a primary case study on Martuwarra Living Waters/Fitzroy River and catchment in the Kimberley, WA, in collaboration with the Martuwarra Fitzroy River Council. His HDR panel is Kamal Sangha, Jeremy Russell-Smith, Anne Poelina and Robert Costanza.
