EFFORT clinical trial: Effectiveness of tafenoquine and primaquine

Nested within the EFFORT clinical trial assessing the effective of tafenoquine and primaquine for the treatment of Plasmodium vivax malaria, my research project takes a mixed method approach, especially utilizing qualitative methods, to determine the feasibility of scaling up radicual cure interventions for vivax malaria, specifically focusing on the implementation of interventions Cambodia. Interventions being explored include the introduction of a day 3 clinical review visit, the use of quantitative G6PD testing while also investigating factors affecting adherence to radical cure treatments.
