Evaluation of the CALD National Community Connector Program

Completion of a Realist Action Research Evaluation of the Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) component of the NDIS National Community Connector Project. This should include a final evaluation, but also support in developing program theory and monitoring framework that can be implemented throughout the project and supports the final evaluation.

Deliverable's,

1. Realist action research evaluation design including program theory and evaluation instruments, including advice to agencies on monitoring systems.
2. Introduction to realist evaluation workshops with FECCA, NEDA,Community Connectors.
3. Implement evaluation according to approved design.
4. Conduct interviews(estimated at 20 interviews/focus groups).
5. Interim progress reports and Final evaluation report.
