    The objectives of this funding are

    1. . Identification of the shelf-stable manufacturing technologies to be modelled.
    2. Determine the scale of production required for commercial viability of shelf-stable food manufacturing.
    3. Delivery of conceptual designs and plans for expansion of a
    commercial-scale operation from a pilot-facility footprint.
    4. Establish an equipment inventory list for the proposed facility.
    5. Establish the stand-up cost for a commercial-scale facility.
    6. Estimation of the operational costs per unit volume of production.
    7. Estimation of prospective price points for proposed product types produced.
    8. Estimation of the break-even benchmarks for commercial
    production.
    9. Estimate the wider macro-economic benefits to NT primary
    production.
    10. Estimate the macro-economic benefits to the NT economy
