Project Details

Description

Project Description
This project supports research translation through digital workshops. Specifically, funds will be used to support Indigenous rangers to complete digital training modules (based on the research of the CSIRO-CDU postdoctoral fellows). Participants in the modules will earn verified digital badges under the Healthy Country AI and digital (HCAID) program.

Outcomes & Benefits
Outcomes of the activity supported by this project will include the translation of research findings into training workshops that support skills acquisition for Indigenous rangers and the accreditation of these skills in a form (digital badges) that facilitates employment and career development. This will benefit both the individual participants and, more broadly, their communities in terms of enabling community-based 'healthy country' monitoring.
