Description
Indigenous Language and Arts Grant Scheme Funding - Warddeken Lead
We are designing a mobile app to support Indigenous and non-Indigenous people to gain fluency in each other's languages in West Arnhem. Indigenous and non-Indigenous people will use the app to create language learning materials that facilitate their day-to-day work on Caring for Country. These materials involve the spoken vernacular language along with images and commentary, delivered via mobile devices. They will be used for language learning in the ranger programs and the schools in Kabulwarnamyo and Manmoyi.
