Northern Territory Department of Treasury and Finance Demographic Research Grant, 2024-2026

The Northern Territory Department of Treasury and Finance has enlisted the services of the Demography and Growth Planning research team at the Northern Insitute for approximately 16 years. It wishes to provide a new research grant for the financial years 2024/25-2025/26. The purpose of the grant is to investigate and provide technical advice on key demographic trends in the Northern Territory, to provide training in demography and to build capacity for demographic research in the Northern Territory. The grant will extend for two financial years with a view to further extensions.

The Department and researchers are seeking a CDU leverage grant support for this project.
