Options for developing practice frameworks for Casa Services

Casa Services have contracted CDU to assist them to develop a plan for developing practice frameworks that reflect their context and operating environment. The project consists of a scoping review of the literature and conducting a small number of staff consultations. The project outcome will be a document that includes a summary of the literature and a detailed proposal with options to progress the work in developing practice frameworks for the organisation. The proposal may include options for research and evaluation, as well as longer term recommendations for workforce development that may be needed to implement new practice frameworks.
