Pathways for construction waste in remote communities

    Project: Research

    Project Details

    Description

Construction and demolition waste (CDW) constitutes a considerable proportion of waste in landfills in remote communities. This funding was used to hold an additional session on managing waste in remote locations during the Australia India Council funded workshops on construction waste. It facilitated discussions on issues facing remote regions as well as urban Australia. The outcomes from this project will be a 3-minute video that shows ways forward for managing construction waste in remote communities.
