Project Details
Description
This proposal is to support communication around the Rum Jungle mine rehabilitation process. Stage one of this project will develop a 3D projection augmented model for the main mine site area incorporating pre-existing spatial layers showing key biophysical attributes. Further work outside the scope of this stage may include updating the model through the rehabilitation process to reflect landform change and new landscape and multimedia content relevant to illustrate the work in progress. Note that once the digital modelling and printing pre-processing have been conducted, during this initial stage, it is relatively straightforward to produce multiple copies of the model at a range of scales for provision to stakeholders and NTG project teams and external partners.
