Abstract
呼吸机相关性肺炎(VAP)是ICU机械通气患者最为常见的感染,占医院机械通气并发症的90％[1]。机械通气患者一旦发生VAP,病死率可达20％～70％[2]。VAP增加了患者的病残率和病死率,延长了住院时间,加大了住院花费,预防VAP亦成为当前ICU感染控制的首要任务。
