Abstract
目的: 了解我国高等中医院校本科护理学专业中医护理相关课程的设置情况,为优化中医护理相关课程设置提供依据。
方法: 收集整理全国高等中医院校本科护理学专业的课程设置资料,采用比较分析法,分析比较各校中医护理相关课程开设情况、学时数、占总学时比例等方面的异同。
结果: 我国高等中医院校本科护理学专业中医护理相关课程87.2%以选修课形式开设;中医护理相关课程约占总学时比例的10.6%;理论与实践学时数之比约18∶1。
结论: 中医护理相关课程设置在一定程度上反映了中医护理的优势与特色,但其在课程开设形式、课程比重设置、中医护理技能实践学时设置等方面存在不足,有待进一步完善提高。
Objective: To investigate the arrangement of nursing related courses of TCM for undergraduate nursing students in Traditional Chinese Medicine TCM) universities, in order to provide the basis for optimizing the arrangement of nursing related courses of TCM.
Methods: We collected the arrangement of nursing related courses of TCM for undergraduate nursing students in 19 TCM universities. By using the method of analysis and comparison, the similarities and differences of TCM nursing related courses in schools, such as the number of hours, percentage in total hours etc were analyzed and compared.
Results: About 87.2% of TCM nursing related courses are elective courses； the proportion of TCM nursing related courses is about 10.6% ； theory and practice of TCM nursing related courses’ proportion is 18 ∶1.
Conclusion: The arrangement of nursing related courses of TCM for undergraduate nursing students in current 19 TCM universities reflects the advantages and characteristics of TCM nursing care in certain extent, but the curriculum structure, the proportion of special curriculum and practice hour is deficiency and need further improve.
