Abstract

This research examines the formation and stabilisation of punctualized post-acquisition integration networks the role of budgets in a complex post-acquisition integration (IN). Drawing on the central principles of Actor Network Theory (ANT) findings show that non-human actors played a crucial role in the establishment of the integration relations and sustaining them.
