Abstract

The authors regret that the previous version of the above article contained an error in the Stata coding regarding the calculation of ‘communality’. The error relates to the analysis and not the underlying data. All other aspects of the method and analyses are not affected. The main messages of the paper are unchanged. The correct and final version follows. The authors would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
