RESEARACH AIM
To examine recent demographic change in the town of Katherine, with a particular focus on the 1996 and 2001 Census which brackete floods caused by Cyclone Les (January 1998). Some comparison is made with changes in Darwin around Cyclone Tracy (December 1974).
