Abstract

This is the final independent evaluation report of the culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) navigation program EnCOMPASS Connector – a report by Charles Darwin University. The aim of the program is to help older persons from CALD backgrounds and/or their carers to connect with My Aged Care.
