Abstract

In 2017 Charles Darwin University was commissioned by NIAA (formerly the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet) to undertake an impact evaluation of the Family Violence Prevention Legal Service program, including whether program objectives and outcomes were being achieved and if providers were meeting the needs of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander victims/survivors of family violence and sexual assault. This evaluation was completed in July 2019.
