    Abstract

This research explores the range SaP models across Australian universities, offering a framework on 38 university websites, the study uncovers significant differences in SaP initiatives, from comprehensive to minimal efforts. Using Barrie’s (2007) four-quadrant framework, SaP practices are classified as emerging, fragmented, targeted, or strategic, with further distinctions based on the depth of partnership integration. The findings highlight varied approaches to SaP across universities, with only a few showing true strategic commitment. This research provides a benchmark for understanding the diverse implementations of SaP in Australian higher education.
