Abstract

Sensor deployment is an important issue in designing sensor networks. Here both energy consumption and coverage factors of mobile sensor networks are optimized in two phases using fully informed particle swarm optimization (FIPSO) that has proved to have a good achievement and given good results. The method has been applied on three sets of data to test its efficiency. All results have been perfectly good.
