Abstract

The argument that the decision in Re Kevin is fundamentally flawed at law because the persuasive judgement of Corbett v Corbett was not followed - breaches Anti-Discrimination laws and International Human Rights - definition of male and female is archaic - same sex marriages should be recognised.
