    Abstract

The purpose of the discussion paper is to explore key questions in reframing smart supply chains for Northern Australia. The discussion paper will serve as a base document for a series of electronic roundtables of key stakeholders focusing on renewed examination and reframing of supply chains. The project aims to open up thinking about possible new policy, budgetary and regulatory measures to support the development of alternative models of supply chain for Northern Australia that are more efficient, more effective, smart and agile. This work will identify potential partnerships for collaborative planning and implementation of supply chain initiatives across the North.
