Abstract
This report provides policy analysis to the Board of TasTAFE for the preparation of submissions to
the Tasmanian Government Cabinet in order to ameliorate instances where current funding model
and policy settings are creating unintended consequences that inhibit increased participation in
vocational learning by Tasmanians and constrains TasTAFE's capacity to best meet the Ministerial
Priorities through the delivery of high quality services and training that are aligned with the needs of
business and industry
