Abstract

This doctoral thesis focuses on exploring possible performative roles that Management Control Systems (MCS) might play in strategizing Post-Acquisition Integration (PAI) processes. The progress so far, at this stage a literature review has been completed that was helpful in identifying the existing gap in the prior research, and form the research questions.
