Wildlife Conservation: In the Belly of the Beast

    Research output: Book/ReportBookpeer-review

    Abstract

This book aims to describe how efforts to conserve wildlife may be unsuccessful because people concerned with wildlife conservation are not given the opportunity to articulate the different values wildlife has for them. This can inhibit effective action and lead to wasting of time and goodwill, and perverse outcomes.
